I tried this stuff. I still don’t feel like Zeus. Or, if I do feel like him, being the king of gods is seriously overrated.

The tea isn’t bad, however.

    caffeine from tea always makes me way more jittery than coffee. maybe feeling like zeus means you feel like flying. and throwing lightning bolts. although farting them probably wouldn’t be too farfetched either.

    Oh, and if you’re anything like me, you might not take her seriously at first and think that it’s some soft pr0n thing or something. But after i watched some more of her vids i realized she ain’t no joke! She is doing some of the most brutal excersises. And what i like about it is that you don’t have to leave your home to do them. As i am not a big fitness club fan.

    @Annie: That’s interesting that tea makes you more jittery…caffeine seems to have minimal effect on me, so I wouldn’t know.

    @CMoB: I will have to check her out when I am not at work. Not that anyone’s peeking over my shoulder, but you never know.

        HR stands for “Human Resources”. Their primary job in many places seems to be preventing the company from being sued by their own employees.

        Although that’s an overly cynical view.

          Ofcourse they’re tough! Why do you think they call em “prison burpees”.

          You can even vary your burpees and make them even harder like so (check out vid at around 2:15).

          Also tell me what you make of her in the vid. It’s a vid by the chick i refered to earlier. Because everytime i watch one of her vids i am thinking like what the f..k is this really about, you know, with the every once and a while close-ups and all… Not that you hear me complaining or anything, i mean she’s tight. She’s BANGING!

          But if you judge her by the way she works out though, you have to take it serious. She’s working up a swaet and everything…

          Hahaha. Yeah, clearly her body is part of the focus. ‘Course, if I had that body, I’d be showing it off too…

          Now, I’m more of a legs guy myself–and she’s maybe a little too muscular for my taste. But still, no complaints here!
