Gender equality moves forward
Sandra Avila Beltrán has proven that slowly but surely, women are breaking the glass ceiling. You see, Ms. Beltrán is a so-called “queenpin”, heading up development of drug smuggling routes from Mexico to the U.S. This job has traditionally been dominated by males.
The whole concept of a female Mexican drug lord conjures all sorts of images of a potentially hot female, and she does not fail in this respect. Although now that she’s actually been captured, it kinda takes away a little of the mystique. (Yeah, I know she’s 46; that doesn’t make automatically her unattractive.)
I like her hair, but imperically I do not think she is hot. Yes, women shouold stop bitching about any kind of wall of ceiling. If we really wanna do something, we’re gonna do it, uterus or no.

@Annie: The NFL begs to differ.
@Derek: If it makes you feel any better, my dentist thought I was in my 30’s. (Which is fine; I’m hoping to get through the midlife crisis thing before I’m 30.)
It’s strange, because several months ago, someone asked if I were still in high school.

Puh. The NFL. My point exactly. Ask ANY woman, do they WANT to play a game where they wear enough padding to survive a train impact while running around and crashing into each other on purpose? And somehow kick a ball over some random iron u-shaped thing? No. Women DO NOT WANT this, hence, no women play in the NFL. But we do like the pants the men wear. Mmm. Nice thighs.
