mmm… no. By the way I thought the “legal” age was 21? or is that drinking? who knows in texas.

Drinking’s 21 (yes, it’s non-sensical, because you can vote, go to war, get married, etc. at 18).
The age of consent is at most 18 and may vary slightly. I’ve heard it used to be as low as 12 in a certain southern state.
