Keep that pawn?

Black’s won a Pawn in a poorly played opening by both sides. White’s just played Ne4, threatening to capture on f6 or d6 the next turn (look a step ahead to see why Black’s Queen isn’t really defending either of the Pawns). Can Black keep his material edge? And if so, is it even worth it?
