Mmm Mmm Chicken is good for you, Less fat than steak or other meats except when it’s fried (like kfc!) but lots of proteins for those muscles, but hey I love to eat cows too. Meat is delicious and it is good for you. End of story. Why don’t you go to Africa and yell at some lions to stop eating gazelle see how they react.
