After intensive research, it seems Allen is correct. McDonald's does not sell Whoppers.

Brad: ND gave the Big Mac a 1.5, so it is relatively healthy compared to that.

Annie: Don't worry about getting fat. Really.

The parfait was a good move for McDonalds. It may be the only source of fruit (the blueberry and strawberries) that the average McDonalds customer consumes that day.

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHA Allen, very astute. I didn't even catch that. I've had the parfait before. it's very expensive for what you get in my opinion. i used to love the fish sandwiches, back in my youthful days of wanton consumption and incredible metabolism.

"relatively healthy" is a vague term for your parfait. http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-C00001-01c21dL.html

ND's Opinion
Weight loss: 2 / 5
Optimum health: 2 / 5
Weight gain: 2.5 / 5

The Good
This food is low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin C.

The Bad
A large portion of the calories in this food come from sugars. (22g)
