This is the world of CBUB, Comic Book Universe Battles. People set up “battles” between various, mostly fictional characters and the world votes on them. Obviously, the matchups have now ranged well outside the world of comics (unless Albert Einstein has his own comic book, which would be a very sorry thing, indeed).
Looks like one of those “could easily spend a couple hours hopping from link to link” site.

The Punisher vs France
OH COME ON! it could just as easily be A Boy Scout vs France with the same results. The second the boy scouts pull out their training knives, France will issue their pre-filled out surrender form.

I was going to suggest an Annie v. Caroline deathmatch in CBUB, but probably not enough people know who you are.
Allen: lol. The Boy Scouts should attack in August, when no one’s at work to fill out the form.
