Can’t tell if you were tongue in cheek, but if you want, I definitely could do the King Kong pic!

The reason why I say the poster sucks is because I end up very familiar with it before posting. Now, it produces a dry cough instead of a smile for me.

However, I’m still LOL’ing at the Chess Enquirer and will be for a week. THAT did not suck!

@Wang: Glad you’re so excited. You know, I had a hard time figuring out what picture to use for you.

@Polly: Grrr…you had me there. Out of all the names to get wrong a simple 5 letter name would have been humiliating!

@Blunderprone: You know Space Ghost is a powerful superhero…well, sorta. He wasn’t quite so impressive in his late night talk show stint.

@Ivan: You are in! Now I have to figure out how to add you to the poster.

@Space Ghost: We like Blunderprone here, please don’t hurt him too bad…

@takchess: Yes, we are intimidated.

@Wahrheit: I agree. This event will definitely be shorter–9 rounds was too long. 6 weeks will prob be the max.

If we have an odd number of participants, you’ll get the first bye.

After finishing the poster, I simply thought “This sucks.” But it went up just to feel the time spent wasn’t wasted.

Just a note to my worthy first round opponent–I will probably not be available until June 17. After which I will be so exhausted and out of practice that you will slice and dice me and send me home crying. Please, please be gentle. I’m just a little bah lamb. I am totally harmless.

Donnie-will there be two divisions of seven or anything like that? Not that I have a problem otherwise but a six or seven game event is crisper.
