"Besides, being a mascot has its advantages. Like you can randomly hug cute chicks and no one's going to freak out. But you have to touch some men, too, so no one gets suspicious."

This almost made me wish I stuck with maths

You know what I discovered?

e πi = -1 (that’s e ^ (pi * i) = -1 if it didn’t display properly for you)

How freaky is that? (Explanation here.)

For those of you who read The Daily WTF: obvious troll is obvious. (Yes, aware that annoying meme is annoying, deal with it.) I can’t believe how many people have taken commenter Top Cod3r seriously.

: I didn’t really have anything to say, except that we have a little Mr. E icon now for when I have an aside. And, uh, stay in school and don’t do drugs.

    I like

    1 + 3 + 5 + … + (2n-1) = n^2

(“The sum of the first n odd numbers equals n squared.”)

To prove this, take an n by n chessboard, and count the squares two different ways.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about…”the math” has always been an elusive bastard with me.

I only took algebra because it was required for the program I’m in.

I feel slightly retarded right now.

@Ray Cheng: That one was always cool as well. Although I can only think of one way off the top of my head.

@RT Solo: Think about it this way…there’s always someone worse or better.

My math skills have always (allegedly) been excellent…but once taking the highest-level classes, I felt inadequate. Being “pretty good” at a handful of things, but not “top grade” in anything…the story of my life.
